London’s Soho has taken on many iterations, acting as a meeting point in which to drink, see live entertainment, go shopping – and of course, all with a touch of risqué magic. A knot of streets and run-throughs that’s still home to clubs, traders, bars, a thriving gay community and much more besides, its 1950s heritage as a beatnik hangout is preceded - perhaps ironically - as a haunt of the aristocracy decades before. Surrounded by theatreland, this one square mile of excess and frivolity is as vibrant today as the characters that have repeatedly frequented it. Jake Kennedy

ABOUT OUR ORIGINAL PRINTS
Most of the works we offer are original prints, made using traditional printmaking techniques such as linocut, wood engraving, lithography, screenprint and etching. Each process has its own particular character, from the carved marks of relief printing to the drawn or painterly qualities of lithography and screenprint.
You can read more about the different printmaking methods in our guide to print mediums.
