We ship all prints to UK mainland addresses with the Royal Mail or ParcelForce – both will require a signature on delivery.

To Europe:
We ship all prints via Royal Mail International Signed For.

To US, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and Hong Kong:
We ship all prints via Royal Mail International Signed For.
£0.00 – £49.99 – packing & delivery will be £9.00
£50.00 – £99.99 – packing & delivery will be £12.00
More than £100.00 – packing & delivery will be £15.00
Please note: with certain prints which cannot be rolled we may exceed the maximum dimensions for shipping via Royal Mail. In such instances we reserve the right to cancel the order and to discuss alternative shipping options/costs via courier.
We aim to despatch orders within 3-4 days of receipt (though often sooner).
For UK addresses, smaller items are shipped by Royal Mail Special Delivery (which will arrive the day after shipping). Larger items are sent by ParcelForce using their 48 hours service.

If you would like to cancel your order before it has shipped, please contact us so that we can cancel the order on our system before authorizing your payment. If your print(s) have already shipped we will be happy to exchange or refund within 14 working days (see below).
We are happy for you to return items that do not meet your expectations, if returned to us in perfect condition. Prints should be returned to St. Jude's, Ground Floor, Golden Lion House, 15 St. John Maddermarket, Norwich NR2 1DN, UK. We would suggest that you use some form of delivery service that requires a signature. Once we have received the print(s) (in the condition in which they were sent) we can either offer you an alternative print or a full refund of the print value (excluding packing and shipping). We would request that you return the print(s) to us within 14 working days of receipt.
All of the prints featured here are sold unframed. For each print we indicate whether the print is supplied with a window mount or not.
Unless otherwise clearly indicated, all of the prints featured here are original prints, printed by the artist in limited editions, signed and numbered. These are not digital reproductions or giclee prints.
